Returns & Refunds policy
All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your painting arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery: - Photograph the damage and all original packaging - Email studio@peterhartstudio.com with your order number and photos
We will review each case and work with you to find a resolution, which may include filing a shipping insurance claim. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier once the painting has shipped.
